Oleksandr Urin has been appointed CEO of the National Children’s Specialized Hospital ‘Okhmatdyt’ under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

For the past year and a half, he has led the hospital as Acting CEO — during a period of complex decisions, recovery after a missile strike, and daily work under wartime conditions.

Oleksandr Oleksandrovych has been working at Okhmatdyt for over 20 years: as an anesthesiologist and Head of the Department of Intensive and Efferent Therapy for acute and chronic intoxications. He knows the hospital from the inside — its team, processes, and the functions of each department.

His management approach emphasizes systematization, personal responsibility, and balanced decisions. He works without loud statements, focusing on concrete actions.

Today, this appointment is about stability and a clear understanding of the next steps.

We wish Oleksandr Oleksandrovych energy, the support of his team, and decisions that will help Okhmatdyt move forward with confidence.
